It has neat full sleeves, but elastic at the wrist so they aren’t too long, which I love. Definitely Oversized, and meant to be cozy. It’s a med - lightweight fabric, not bulky at all. You could go down a size, and even two, depending on how you like your fit.
The Lg would definitely fit up to a 2X
