This high low top from Jaded Gypsy can be worn as a top, or slightly off the shoulder over a tank. I’m crazy about this fabric and it’s hard to explain. It’s 100% cotton, but almost feels like vintage barkcloth. Lightweight, but definitely some texture to it. Vintage indigo color with fading, patching and distressing. If you are a small frame or have small shoulders, you will need to wear it over a tank or tee.
